Centrally located in the heart of the village, the superb clubhouse is designed to meet a variety of resident needs including social and recreational activities where residents enjoy the companionship of friends and family in either the cosy winter lounge or sunny barbeque area. Activities and events are varied and plentiful including social dinners, coffee mornings, summer barbeques, table tennis, billiards, exercise classes and fund-raising activities.
Village Life...
The Clubhouse is the perfect place to meet up with old friends or to make new ones. Inside you will find a large TV screen, a well-equipped library, snooker table, lounge area with a fully functional commercial kitchen where you may create your own tailor made private function or celebration for family or a selection of your new friends.
The Resident’s Committee, Book Club group, Garden Club Committee and Social Club Committee organise entertaining social activities to suit all tastes and interests. Residents who took advantage of the recent BBQ and happy hour had a great time and the fish and chip night held in the Clubhouse was an outstanding success.
There are plenty of activities and social groups for residents to join or participate in, or perhaps you prefer to be actively involved in the construction and implementation of social activities by joining one of the many resident committees at Leederville Gardens. From Bingo to aerobics– there is something for everyone.
Benefits of Retirement Living...
Living in a Retirement Village has many benefits, in fact we often hear from residents that they wish they’d made the move into Leederville Gardens earlier! The moment you enter the Village you will notice a real sense of community and we know that within no time at all you will feel at home.
Living in a Retirement village enables you to join a community of like-minded individuals, at a similar stage of life. Many residents enjoy the social contact, interaction, companionship and informal care networks that it provides. With a range of activities, events and social groups to take part in, living at Leederville Gardens offers a real sense of community.
The Villas and apartments are low maintenance and have been designed with seniors in mind. Furthermore, there are no huge gardens or lawns that need tending too. Village grounds, common areas and facilities are maintained by management, so residents need not worry about constant maintenance.
Leederville Gardens offers a safe and secure environment for residents. Not only are the facilities securely fenced around the perimeter of the grounds all residents are registered with Emergency Services should an emergency occur. Additionally, a 24/7 medical emergency system is available in every villa and apartment for resident safety and security.
Living at Leederville Gardens is an affordable retirement option which is considerably cheaper than some of the other alternatives. Purchasing a ‘Lease for Life’ is an affordable modern option as this enables you to free up capital that would otherwise be tied up in your home, allowing you to spend or invest it as you choose!

"We moved into our apartment in June 2017 and were made very welcome by the residents and staff of Leederville Gardens. Leederville is very well situated with Beatty Park Pool, Luna Cinema, two railway stations plus bus services along Oxford Street and marvellous coffee shops a short distance away. Our social committee is very active and organises various events throughout the year. We are enjoying living in our apartment with our dog Apple and meeting the many dog walkers in the huge park next door."

“We are fortunate in Perth in having a great deal of choice in Retirement Villages. I spent a considerable amount of time visiting many, after I made the decision to “downsize.” When I arrived at Leederville Gardens I knew that I’d found the place where I could settle with my elderly dog and equally elderly cat. I’m certain that the other residents would agree with me that there are many obvious contributing factors to the success of Leederville Gardens. I would simply say that location and physical structure alone do not make a Retirement Village successful. The residents of this village benefit from a sound administration and competent, caring and accessible staff. My “fur children” and I are happy that we came to Leederville Gardens.”

"Thank you for all you have done ensuring Mum's unit was sold in as expedient a manner as was possible. It will take a while to sink in and that it is finally all settled and another chapter closed for Mum and our family. Mum enjoyed her time living there and was a valuable member of the village and we were happy she had a lovely, safe home where all the members look out for each other. Mum made many meaningful friendships in her time at Leederville Gardens. It truly is a village in all ways. As family we enjoyed our time there visiting and felt included in the village atmosphere. We hope the new resident has a long and enjoyable time living there as Mum did."
